Standard Event Package

Basic Medical Team

Our Standard Event Package provides 1 EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) and 1 FAA (First Aid Attendant) — a strong and balanced medical team that is perfect for many events.

The First Aid Attendant focuses on providing essential medical support, basic wound care, and early patient stabilization, while the EMR handles more advanced patient assessments and emergency interventions. Working together, the FAA supports the EMR in higher-level emergency scenarios, ensuring quick, coordinated, and effective medical response.

This package starts at $85 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 hours. Extended coverage and additional services are available upon request, ensuring flexibility to meet the unique needs of your event.

Medical Treatments

Emergency Life Support

All of our First Aid Attendants and EMRs are certified in emergency CPR and trained to use semi-automatic defibrillators to correct dangerous heart rhythms. Our team can manage a medical code on-site until transit can be made to higher medical. With constant training refreshers, our staff are prepared to act immediately when every second matters.

Airway Managemnent

Our EMRs are skilled in maintaining open airways, using airway adjuncts and oxygen therapy when patients are unable to breathe adequately. These interventions help stabilize critical situations and prevent further complications. Airway management is one of the most important skills in emergency care, and our team is ready to act with confidence and precision.

Heat & Dehyrdation

Our First Aid Attendants and EMRs are prepared to treat heat exhaustion, dehydration, and related conditions. From early recognition to hands-on care, we ensure patients receive the proper treatment and hydration needed for recovery. This proactive approach helps keep events safe and reduces the risk of medical escalation in hot or high-activity environments.

Trauma Care

Our trained First Aid Attendants and EMRs are equipped to respond quickly and effectively to trauma situations. From managing bleeding and wounds to stabilizing injuries, our team ensures immediate care until higher-level medical support arrives. We prioritize rapid stabilization to prevent complications and provide reassurance to patients in high-stress moments.

Overdose Response

All staff are trained and ready to administer Narcan in the event of an opioid overdose. Our EMRs are also trained to respond to non-opioid overdoses, providing immediate interventions to stabilize patients until advanced care arrives. With fast action and evidence-based response protocols, our team can make the difference between life and death in overdose emergencies.

Assesment & Vitals

Our EMRs are trained to conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs such as SpO₂, blood pressure, pulse, pupil response, and skin condition. This allows us to quickly identify medical concerns and provide accurate information for further treatment. These assessments form the foundation for making informed decisions during emergencies and guiding the next steps in care.

Our Team

First Aid Attendants (FAA)

Starting at $35 per hour.

Our First Aid Attendants are certified with OFA (Occupational First Aid) or AFA (Advanced First Aid) in Alberta. They provide reliable on-site medical support, focusing on immediate stabilization, wound care, and basic emergency response to ensure safety at every event. Their role is essential for quick intervention and early care, helping prevent minor issues from becoming major emergencies.

Emergency Medical Responder (EMR)

Starting at $45 per hour.

Our EMRs are fully licensed to practice with the Alberta College of Paramedics. They bring advanced training in patient assessment, trauma care, airway management, and emergency life support, allowing them to manage more complex medical situations with confidence and professionalism. EMRs act as the bridge between basic first aid and paramedic-level care.

Primary Care Paramedic (PCP)

Starting at $65 per hour.

Our PCPs hold advanced paramedic qualifications through the Alberta College of Paramedics. With extensive training in medication administration, IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, and advanced airway procedures, PCPs provide a higher level of emergency care and are equipped to lead critical medical interventions until hospital-level support is available.
